Game 2 was a similar affair with Brianna Sarabia and Joselyn Salazar splitting the pitching duties.  Sarabia allowed two runs on three hits in four innings while Salazar allowed one run on two hits through the final three innings of the game.  Redlands, Kaitlyn Hooper pitched a complete game, giving up one unearned run on four hits.

Outfielder Ashlee Gutierrez had two of the Golden Eagles four total hits.  Halley Nicholas and Bahling had the other two hits.

La Sierra falls to 1-4 on the season.  They will travel to Pomona Pitzer this coming Friday, February 8, for their first road test of the season, followed by a double-header at Cal State San Marcos on Sunday afternoon.  The Golden Eagles previous road games have been cancelled due to weather.
