Women's basketball player Victoria Lowe was recognized as a 2014 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete Awardee.  Lowe joined a list of 243 student-athletes across the nation who achieved this distinction, including a list of five from the Cal Pac Conference competing during the "Winter Sports" season.

In order to earn a spot on this prestigious list, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in addition to achieving junior academic standing.

This is the second time Lowe, a senior forward, has been named to the list.  Having just completed her final season of competition as a member of the Golden Eagles women's basketball team, she averaged 7.1 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game during her senior year.
