With some key recruits coming in the fall, Coach Olivas is looking for his returning players to bring leadership on and off the field. "With 3 active seniors (David Nolan, Luis Escamilla, Shane Shelton) on the roster there is no lack of leadership on the the field. These guys have a lot of experience that will benefit the team and I expect them to not only perform for us, but to help mentor the younger guys coming into the system." Last season was a key turning point for the Golden Eagles as they recorded the most wins in the young history of the schools soccer program.

Coach Olivas is looking for David Nolan, Senior Team Captain. to help lead the attack, also the addition of Shane Shelton will help strengthen the midfield. "Shane is a strong player with great vision and having him back on the roster will help us in the attack" Coach Olivas. In the Defense the Golden Eagles return Cole King- who was one of the more consistent players last season and a key factor as to why the team recorded 8 shutouts.

"They are a young group that gained much needed experience, and they now know what it is required of them in order to succeed and we are looking for them to help us achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves"
