Highlights-  Kenny Curiel Pitched 7 2/3 innings allowing only 1 earned run, while striking out 4.Curiel also drove in two runs.  Ryan Diaz went 3 for 4 hitting a triple with an RBI and a run scored.

Freddy Rivas went 2 for 5 with a double. Manny Sanchez went 2 for 5 with a double and a run scored. 


The Golden Eagles scored in the top of the first on a line drive single by Senior Captain Ryan Diaz(SS) (3 for 4) which scored Manny Sanchez who ran out an infield single to lead off the game.


The Golden Eagles again scored in the top half of the third by a Kenny Curiel Fielders choice. 

Starting Pitchers Kenny Curiel Pitched deep into the seventh inning only allowing 1 earned run. The Golden Eagles defense let him down allowing 3 unearned runs to score on defensive miscues.


Sophomore first basemen Scott Makorow knocked in La Sierra's fifth run of the game with a clutch 2 out single in the bottom of the 8th.
 
Bethesda University put together a late rally to tie the game in the bottom of the eight. 


The game ended in a 5 - 5 tie due to time expiration.
