Natalia Hawthorne, was nominated four times, and she won once. Hawthorne, a 5-6 sophomore guard who attended Etiwanda High School, averaged 13.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.55 steals a game for the Golden Eagles. She had six 20-point or better games, including a season-high 32-point night against Arizona Christian on Feb. 4, and had eight steals in an early December game against Pomona Pitzer.
