Riverside, Calif. - Looking to keep the momentum moving forward, after setting a mark for most wins in a season by a women's softball program, the team held their annual signing.

The women's softball team had the tall task of filling the void left by the departure of pitcher Aleena Bahling, infielder Lindsay Sleigh, and catcher Monique Villasenor.  So the team has signed 11 new players to their 2015 recruiting class.

By position, the Golden Eagles softball team signed four pitchers, two catchers, three outfielders, and two players who can play both outfield and infield positions.   Nine of the eleven signees will enter as freshmen, while the other two are transfers.

We would like to welcome these 11 new student-athletes to La Sierra University and the Golden Eagles athletic family.
